About this event
Join us for a dedicated Quiet Hour on Saturday, 31 January, 10:00–11:00, designed to create a calmer environment for visitors who benefit from reduced sensory input. Lighting and audio-visual effects will be softened where possible, with signage for any unavoidable noise.
Our staff are trained to support neurodivergent visitors, and sensory aids (e.g., headphones, sunglasses) are welcome. While we don’t have quiet rooms, outdoor spaces are available for breaks.
Explore mindfulness resources, Museum Trails, and download our Visual Guide and Sensory Map. Synge & Byrne Café will also reduce noise and lighting.
Readers are advised to check with the venue before relying on the details published here.
